As all of our candles are made to order, please allow 5 business days from date of purchase for standard delivery within Australia.

An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy on Faulty and Damaged Goods:
We will return your item if we accept that your products are damaged in transit. In this case, we will happily replace your candle or credit your PayPal Account with a full refund.

You will be required to take a photo of your damaged candle in order for us to process your refund or replacement candle.
